What? A ground floor, disability accessible 3 bedroom flat to sleep up to 6 people with a HUGE terrace, because you know here at Portrait Guesthouse, outside space is super important to us!
Where? The residential neighborhood of Patraix - A 10 minute walk to Joaquin Sorolla train station. 15minute cycle to the Arts and Sciences. 10minute cycle to the city center.
Why? We fell in love with the light that floods in through the massive window to the lounge and kitchen, and the huge patio door that leads out to a spacious 70m2 terrace!! (To any fellow Brits, the size of the terrace is bigger than many apartments here!). The neighbourhood is already on its way to being the "next rusaffa" as the city expands and this is seen through cute and quirky coffee shops and healthy food stores!
We have some BIG news!!!!
(No, we are not pregnant) - BUT.... We have a new baby! We have acquired ourselves a new property to add to the Portrait Boutique portfolio!!
We are so excited to be expanding to be able to provide a private apartment for guests!
How? Well..... with a lot of hard work, a reduced amount of travelling for ourselves and a crazy idea that somehow turned into a reality! We would keep saying to ourselves, "well lets do this, and see what happens," and then we would be successful, so "ok, lts go for the next stage then and see what happens".... We never thought we would get this far!!
When? We are aiming to open up in February 2023 to welcome our first guests. We have a lot of work to do, it is currently still under renovation and then we need to get in and start designing and furnishing to make this place EPIC for you! Just imagine what can be done with all that terrace space!!
