What are the check-in and check-out times of the guesthouse?
Check in time is between 15:00pm and 23:00pm for individual rooms.
Can I request an early check-in time or late check-out time?
Any requests will be confirmed the day before check in, as it is dependant upon room availability.
I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room.
Yes you can, we accept all major debit cards.
What type of credit card do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express are all accepted.
Can I book by telephone?
Yes it is possible to make a reservation over the phone.
Are taxes included in the room rates?
All taxes are included in the price.
Do I pay a reservation fee?
No, we don't have a reservation fee, you pay the cost of the entire booking.
Are the rates on your website per person or per room?
The rates are per room.
We have two small children; can we get extra beds in the room?
We do not accept children under the age of 12 years old, other than when an entire house booking is made.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel your reservation or send us a request for a modification by sending us an email. It is free cancellation up to 72hours before your booking and 50% cancellation fees up to 48hours
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is not included, however, there will be cereals, tea & coffee available, and guests are able to use the kitchen at their leisure.

Are there parking facilities available?
There is free, unreserved street parking available.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, we don't allow any pets. However if you have an assistance animal please contact us.
